Evolving and growing the CVC fund by playing an ongoing strategic role

Following a successful brand project for BTV that included a website relaunch, Bray St. partnered with the marketing and communications team within the global CVC fund for the long-term to evolve and grow its brand, from product development to content marketing and thought-leadership.

Having collaborated on the successful rebrand for BTV, Bray St. was well-positioned to maintain a supportive role as a connector between disparate teams within the business, and help deliver a consistent brand message.

Over the past 12 months, Bray St. has also played a key advisory role for the marketing and communications team at BTV, offering expertise and thought-leadership within strategy and creative. Additional project highlights have also included the development of ownable tone-of-voice guidelines for the brand together with support in rolling the document out within the internal team to ensure its successful adoption; and a disruptive content series to champion founders and build brand recognition.

Fuelled by both the bold brand and the website relaunch, Bray St. has helped BTV to boost brand recognition amongst customers as the business accelerates its global reach, its digital touchpoints experiencing a huge increase in traffic, subscribers and followers YoY.

Specifically, there’s been an impressive 13,000 new users in the last 12 months on the website, while email has exceeded industry benchmarks by 30% month on month with unsubscribes remaining impressively low. Across both, visitors from the UK, US, Poland, Brazil, Canada, India and Germany demonstrate continued global diversification.
