If you didn’t already know, Bray St. is a completely decentralised agency. But although this term has caught fire recently, we were operating like this way before it was considered cool.

By decentralised we mean we’re a totally cloud-based agency – distributing the functions of our projects through our network of global specialist team members. Yep, no snack cupboard, no 12:30 lunch runs, no working on projects that aren’t aligned with personal passions – the full remote and transparent lifestyle. But although that might seem like an unorthodox way of running a business, having a team of creatives spread across the globe has huge advantages. Not just for us, but for our clients, too. Advantages that far outweigh the 5 o’clock drinks on a Friday.

Sure, we could have settled down in somewhere in England, the US or Australia, rented out an office with a dozen desks and a ping pong table and recruited locally; but to be frank, that would have been a mistake and we wouldn’t have produced work half as good as we have to date or built the team and reputation we have today.

Being a cloud-based agency allows us to be agile and flexible, truly globalised, giving us the opportunity to create a highly specialised team for our positive impact making clients.
