With both expectations and excitement sky-high amongst internal stakeholders, Shipnet’s debut presence at Nor-Shipping 2023 – the maritime industry’s most prominent trade show – was an unmissable opportunity to launch the rebrand for the innovative SaaS business and generate crucial new leads. What’s more, it was a chance to harness unique expertise that goes beyond simply design to deliver a complete 360-degree brand experience that generates growth.

Developing an exhibition delivery strategy for Shipnet that can be applied to future events for consistency and ownability

As with everything we do, it started with robust research followed by strategy. The output was a complete 360-degree experience to fully immerse attendees of Nor-Shipping 2023 into the Shipnet brand while securing new leads, from inspiring pre- and post-lead generation campaigns spanning a six-week period, to social media assets for seeding throughout the duration of the event, and an interactive way of displaying and communicating products.

Delivering 90+ leads, increasing web traffic by 35% and receiving positive feedback from attendees

Supporting an increase in new leads and the adoption of the rebrand since our original work, Bray St.’s role in Shipnet’s presence at Nor-Shipping 2023 solidified both in real time, reinforcing its position amongst clients and peers as the maritime industry’s SaaS leader. Over 2,000 people visited the stand across five days, enabling Shipnet to not only build essential brand awareness, but to engage with more than 90 new leads.
